Needs Assessment | Clarify.
Cooperation with the client is a vital component to creating an effective coaching program, development workshop, etc.. We spend time with the company to assess areas of strength. These areas can be supported. We also evaluate areas of weakness. These areas can be improved. We rely on companies to allow full access to staff to gauge the needs across all levels. We analyze work with leaders and management to determine the best programs for everyone. We study daily operations, human resources issues, and even personality issues that can affect a business’s operations. We are trained to analyze the skills and training of employees. We also look at other aspects that can hamper or help a company on its path to success.
Consulting Plan | Prioritize.
We will develop a program, workshop, as well as, development resources that are tailored to the needs of your company. We customize the plan to the employees and the methods that will be most successful for each group. We will choose coaching and consulting techniques that have the least impact on your day-to-day operations. This could mean full training days, partial days, or training videos. Employees can view these videos or slideshows on their own during their workday. We will collaborate with your company. Together, we will determine which employees can participate in training at any time. We ensure there is no detrimental impact in the short term.
Evaluation | Review.
After the program, workshops, etc. are completed, We work with clients to evaluate the success of the programs for their employees. Our programs are designed to achieve measurable success. We rely on the client’s honest feedback to further develop programs for their employees.
On Going Learning | Commit.
Once the evaluation has been completed, we can build upon the completed programs and identify areas of further education. Depending on what the client needs, we can schedule continuous education at regular intervals. This helps address other skills that need development.
