When we take the time to reflect on what we’ve experienced it helps us to design our goals and establish what we want to let go of and what we want to bring with us as we set goals, set expectations for ourselves and others. It’s an important practice that helps us let go of limiting beliefs that may be holding us back from accomplishing our potential.
